We are unable to quote renewals for existing SAS site licenses. You need to reach out to your SAS Account Executive for renewal details. If you do not know who your SAS Account Executive is, we can help track that down for you.
We are an Amazon Web Services host provider and we do recommend the AWS platform for most all of our customer solutions. We do however support other platforms, such as Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform, and even other niche host providers. Our solutions are flexible and they are not tied into any one Cloud Platform provider.
We charge the same price as listed on the official Amazon Web Services website, which you can view here.We offer pass-through pricing as a convenience to our customers. Required support for us to manage the primary host will depend on the complexity and number of servers for the solutions, but support starts out with as little as 10 hours per month.
Yes. We can offer hosting for projects that require On-Demand instances. Customers can be billed hourly, or even as little as “per second” billing. Reserved Instances (1 or 3 years) can provide you with a significant discount (up to 75%) compared to On-Demand instance pricing.
