If you are reading this, you are part of the extended Pinnacle Solutions family. Together, we are navigating uncharted territory as we care for our families, our friends and our communities during the coronavirus outbreak.
Over the past few weeks, the Pinnacle Solutions executive team has been meeting throughout the day, every day, to discuss how we can continue to keep employees safe, respond to customers’ needs and meet our business obligations during this very difficult period. As we continue to feel the effects of the virus, we are acting out of genuine care and concern for our employees, our customers, our partners and our communities.
First, we want to extend our gratitude to all first responders, health care workers and scientists who are on the front lines working day and night to care for anyone affected by the disease. If you or a loved one are sick, please know that our hearts are with you, and we hope for a speedy recovery.
For our customers who rely on our solutions and support to make complex business decisions, we understand you may have questions, and we want you to know we are committed to continuing the same level of support you expect to receive from your Pinnacle Solutions support teams. Technical support, communities and all other contact channels are staffed and fully operational. Please read this customer FAQ to find answers to some of your specific questions, and reach out to our support team with any questions or concerns about support needs.
Like many other companies, we are taking steps to prioritize and safeguard the health of employees during the current outbreak. We are directing our employees to work remotely. All employee work can be done remotely, and our IT infrastructure is designed to support this circumstance. We have also adopted virtual meetings in lieu of in-person meetings.
Right now, every small action we take can help lower community illnesses and keep medical resources available for those who need them most. Reducing risks for those around you can help save lives.
The medical and scientific efforts underway to combat this virus are astounding, and analytics can play an important role in relevant decisions. Our partner SAS has created this data visualization as a way to inform others on the impact of coronavirus. Our organizations are optimistic that working together, we have a better chance of tackling this virus and saving lives.
With that in mind, we will continue to update you on any further decisions we make as a company. We are grateful for our employees and customers who are doing their part to help keep the world healthy.
